Choice Hotels to almost double portfolio in France

🏨 Choice Hotels International will open 50 new Quality Suites hotels, doubling its French portfolio to 107 properties. This expansion, part of a 20-year agreement signed in April 2024 with Zenitude Groupe, adds over 4,800 rooms in France, focusing 22% of new sites in major cities. The deal continues to strengthen Choice Hotels' presence in the EMEA region, offering flexible accommodation and senior living options. All properties will join the Choice Privileges loyalty programme.

Lamington Group secures £41.75m loan for net zero hotel in York

The 116-room Room2 York, opening spring 2027, will feature reclaimed materials, solar panels, and CO₂-controlled ventilation. Ennismore to open The Hoxton hotel in Madrid in 2026
