🏨 BH Group, last year, acquired the Ship and Castle Hotel in St Mawes, Cornwall, initiating a major redesign and rebranding project. The hotel, supporting 75 jobs, will feature 56 bedrooms, a spa, and dining facilities. Sureflow won the renovation contract. Reopening is planned for summer 2026, with full operations by early autumn. BH Group's prior £7.5m Falmouth project reflects its regional expansion strategy.

🏨 Corinthia Rome opened at Piazza del Parlamento, debuting Corinthia Hotels in Italy. Set in a historic palazzo once linked to the Bank of Italy, the 9,700-square-meter hotel offers 60 rooms, including penthouses and a spa. Near key landmarks, it's owned by Reuben Brothers and designed by Pio and Marcello Piacentini. Rooms start at €1,300, suites at €2,100. An Easter package is available from April 1-12, 2026. Chef Carlo Cracco oversees dining at Viride and Ocra Bar.

🏨 Sonesta International Hotels Corporation announced the opening of Signature Inn Medford Downtown, a 35-room hotel in Medford, Oregon, near Crater Lake. The hotel is part of Sonesta's expansion in Oregon and taps into the 2026 trend for retro revival and road trips. Signature Inn hotels feature mid-century-inspired designs and target upper economy and midscale markets. Keith Pierce, Sonesta’s EVP, highlighted the brand's growth.

🏨 Raines secured a management agreement for Courtyard by Marriott Columbus in Columbus, Mississippi. Krish Hotel LLC purchased this 110-key property in December 2025. It includes a business center, meeting space, pool, and fitness center. Located in Mississippi's “Golden Triangle” of Columbus, Starkville, and West Point, the region hosts 147,000 people across five counties, making it economically vibrant. The hotel features The Bistro restaurant, serving American fare for breakfast and dinner.

🏨 Moxy Atlanta Downtown opened in Atlanta, Georgia, managed by LBA Hospitality. This 183-room hotel is near Centennial Olympic Park and major attractions. Features include Bar Moxy with a welcome drink at check-in, the Jagger Suite rooftop bar, a speakeasy called The Powder Room, and Eggslut's East Coast debut. Rooms offer luxe bedding, USB ports, and streaming tech. Executives from Emerge Hospitality Group and Nexera Capital highlight the hotel's vibrant, experiential design and central downtown location.

🏨 Stock Exchange Hotel, Manchester, will expand with 95 suites by early 2027, featuring Arthur Hope, Bradshaw, and Norfolk suites. Designed by Autoban and operated by Troo Hospitality, the site will include a 1,000 sq ft traders lounge, a boutique gym, wellness facilities, and meeting rooms. It offers 48 parking spaces. Co-owner Winston Zahra emphasizes the expansion's role in meeting demand and investing in Manchester's hospitality.

🍴 Musaafer New York, launched in Tribeca as a second location of the Michelin-starred Houston concept, is designed by Chromed Design Studio from New Delhi. Chef Mayank Istwal drew inspiration from his 100-day journey across India's 29 states. The restaurant features intricate interiors, highlighted by the Sheesh Mahal room, adorned with hand-cut mirrors. The setting includes elements inspired by Jaipur’s Hawa Mahal and traditional Indian motifs, emphasizing a connection to Indian heritage.

🏨 Cameo Beverly Hills has reopened after a transformation by Premier. Located in Beverly Hills, the 138-room hotel features new spaces like Zampo, a Peruvian restaurant, and Silhouette, a lobby lounge. Guestrooms have private balconies and custom furnishings, while the pool deck offers a relaxed California vibe. The 12th-floor Starlight Ballroom provides panoramic Los Angeles views. Design highlights include handcrafted ceramics and custom mural wallcoverings by Zoe Derring and Thomas Harrison.

🏖 Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Villas in San Antonio completed a $100-million renovation on its 300-acre site. The project, finished over a multi-year period, includes The Big Spring 2.2-acre lagoon and Rancher Hall event space. Powered by Crystal Lagoons® technology, it introduces beach life to Central Texas. Opened in summer 2025, five standalone villas and Toptracer Range™ golf bays enhance the resort's offerings, blending luxury, recreation, and historic charm.
