Tokyu Hotels Joins Global Hotel Alliance, Tapping into 34 Million Loyalty Members Worldwide

🏨 Tokyu Hotels and Resorts will join the Global Hotel Alliance (GHA), becoming the first Japanese hotel chain in the network of 950 hotels across 100 countries. In April 2027, Tokyu will launch the Tokyu Hotels Discovery program, integrating with its Comfort Members scheme by September 2027. Currently, 40 hotels in Japan and 1.1 million domestic members will benefit. The collaboration aims to capture new customer segments, including European and affluent Asian travelers.
