CoStar data indicates that Dubai hotel occupancy plummeted to 19.6% on March 15 but rose to 82.2% by May 28 during Eid, before stabilizing in June to the high 40s/low 50s%. Over 100 UAE conferences were canceled or postponed. The emirate's tourism authority hasn't released visitor data since January.
