🍴 Designed by Astet Studio in Shoreditch, London, Mitsu Japanese restaurant opened recently. The space evokes Tokyo izakayas through contemporary shoji screens, traditional Japanese decor, and an eight-meter-long hand-painted Noren fabric. Guests enter via a Tsuboniwa-inspired garden. The design features adaptive lighting and a red color theme, reminiscent of Tokyo's night streets. The dining experience is enhanced by an open Robata kitchen and Japanese collectables, creating a vibrant, immersive environment.
