New hire to scale SuiteOp’s growth engine as demand rises for unified hospitality ops

NEW YORK, 23 APRIL 2025 – SuiteOp, the first Guest Operations Platform that connects hospitality teams and guests in one unified ecosystem, has appointed Jordan Cohen as its new Head of Growth, marking a strategic move in the company’s next phase of expansion.

The announcement comes on the heels of SuiteOp’s recent $3 million seed funding round, which is powering its rapid scale-up across the short-term rental and boutique hotel sectors.

Cohen joins SuiteOp with a proven track record in proptech and data-analytics SaaS, having spent the past seven years leading high-impact revenue-generating programs. Most recently, he served as Director of Business Development at Radix/redIQ, where he played a pivotal role in growing annual recurring revenue from $1 million to $10 million, leading to the successful acquisition of redIQ. His expertise spans strategic partnerships, data-driven outbound strategies, and full-funnel go-to-market execution.

As Head of Growth, Cohen will lead the company’s full growth engine – driving both outbound and inbound demand generation, cultivating PMS and ecosystem partnerships, and overseeing conference strategy and thought leadership initiatives. He will work closely with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align acquisition, activation, and expansion efforts against the company’s core growth metrics.

Simon Seroussi, Co-Founder of SuiteOp, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Jordan to the team at this critical inflection point. His ability to connect strategic vision with tactical execution makes him the ideal leader to supercharge our growth. With his leadership, we’re set to deepen our market reach and deliver even greater value to operators seeking simplicity, automation, and revenue intelligence.”

Jordan Cohen, Head of Growth at SuiteOp, said: “What excited me most about SuiteOp is its clarity of vision in a market that’s so fragmented. Operators today are forced to juggle disconnected tools for guest communications, task management, IoT oversight, analytics – you name it. SuiteOp changes that. I joined because I see an opportunity to not just drive revenue growth, but to help redefine how hospitality businesses operate at scale. With a product that already solves real pain points and a market that’s demanding better, more integrated solutions, the growth potential here is enormous.”

Founded in 2023, SuiteOp is the first Guest Operations Platform that connects hospitality teams and guests in one unified system. By seamlessly connecting field teams, back-office staff, and guests in a unified platform, SuiteOp eliminates inefficiencies and enhances coordination across all aspects of property management.
