No Vacancy Sydney, 16th September – RMS, the leading hospitality platform for hotels, serviced apartments, vacation rentals, and outdoor accommodations, has announced a new strategic partnership with SiteMinder to deliver seamless integration with its next-generation revenue platform.

Through the newly announced SiteMinder UltraSync connectivity capabilities, RMS is among the first to deeply integrate with SiteMinder’s Smart Platform, marking a significant step forward in simplifying revenue management for hoteliers through automation, real-time intelligence, and system connectivity.

The integration connects RMS’s PMS with SiteMinder’s Dynamic Revenue Plus to synchronise rates, restrictions, and reservations in real time, giving hoteliers unmatched speed, accuracy, and control over their pricing strategies.

By connecting RMS’s robust PMS with SiteMinder’s revenue intelligence engine, hoteliers can automate previously manual processes and ensure data consistency across their tech stack. The integration will streamline rate and restriction updates across systems, reducing administrative workload and errors. It ensures pricing and availability data is always current, enabling real-time decisions, maximizing revenue while reducing complexity, and unlocking smarter, more agile revenue strategies.

The integration is especially beneficial for independent hotels, groups, and resorts that often operate with leaner teams and fragmented systems. By automating pricing and reservation processes, it improves accuracy, reduces manual effort, and empowers operators to respond to market changes in real time, boosting efficiency and driving stronger commercial outcomes.

Adam Seskis, CEO at RMS said: “Our collaboration with SiteMinder reflects RMS’s commitment to driving innovation in the hospitality space. This partnership allows our customers to make faster, smarter pricing decisions that drive revenue and reduce operational complexity. We’re proud to be among the first PMS partners to bring this capability to market.”

Key benefits of the partnership include:

  • Real-time pricing and restriction sync, ensuring accurate rate distribution across channels.
  • Automated reservation uploads, reduced admin workload and manual errors.
  • Faster response to demand shifts, with timely, data-driven pricing controls.
  • Streamlined workflows, minimizing system fragmentation and complexity.

Leah Rankin, CPO at SiteMinder concluded: “By integrating with RMS, we’re empowering hotels to act as dynamically as the markets they serve, guided by a shared vision for smarter, faster decisions at properties of every size.”

This collaboration positions RMS at the forefront of the industry’s evolution toward integrated, agentic, and automated platforms.
