London, 16 April 2026 — The Short Stay Summit 2026 returns to Old Billingsgate in London, on 22nd April, bringing together the short-term rental industry’s key players to explore the challenges and opportunities shaping the sector’s next phase of growth.

Hosted by the Short Term Accommodation Association (STAA), the summit stage will see speakers from key industry leaders to politicians setting the agenda. The exhibition hall will host over 1,300 delegates including executives from Airbnb, Expedia and Booking.com, alongside property managers, hosts and technology providers, for a day of insight, debate and industry announcements.

This year’s theme, “Tourism Reimagined: A People-Led, Future-Focused Industry,” reflects a sector adapting to increasing regulatory scrutiny, shifting guest expectations and the growing role of technology in operations and discovery.

The agenda will address the UK regulatory outlook, the impact of AI on the sector, shifting booking behaviour and the role of social media in travel decisions.

Beyond the conference programme, the summit will also provide a platform for major industry announcements, with leading technology providers and operators sharing new products, data insights and strategic developments that reflect the sector’s continued professionalisation.

Many exhibitors will share updates with attendees, spanning new technology launches, market expansions and operational innovations shaping the future of short-term rentals.

The STAA has big news to announce at the Summit with its change of Chief Executive. Outgoing CEO Andy Fenner will be revealing the person taking over this sector-leading role in his opening speech.

Hostaway will launch Booking Website Pro, upgrading its website capabilities with AI-driven marketing and SEO tools to help professional property managers diversify their channel mix, increase direct bookings, and build stronger independent brands.

Key Data has newly launched Dex AI, the short-term rental industry’s first AI-powered Data Experience Engine, designed to help property managers move from passive reporting to real-time, actionable decision-making.

Casago, a premier franchise-based vacation rental management company, has rapidly transitioned nearly all former Vacasa markets into its franchise network, marking one of the fastest and most comprehensive ownership shifts in the sector.

Hospitable will launch the short-term rental industry’s first permanent $0 property management software tier, removing mandatory subscription fees and giving hosts access to essential tools such as automated messaging and multi-channel calendar sync without upfront cost.

eviivo, the all-in-one property management system (PMS) for short-term rentals, has updated its Owner Manager module, significantly reducing the time property management companies (PMCs) spend producing owner financial statements.

Pass the Keys, a holiday let franchise operating over 1,700 properties across 65+ locations in the UK and Spain, will mark its eleventh anniversary, celebrating over a decade of high-quality professional property management.

Abode Worldwide will present insights from its Hospitality Tech Investment Index 2026, highlighting trends from the over $1 billion invested in hospitality technology companies over the last year.

PriceLabs will launch its Revenue Accelerator, a major platform upgrade that expands its capabilities from a dynamic pricing engine into a complete revenue growth platform.

Smoobu will share findings from its latest data analysis, showing that 41.7% of bookings now occur within seven days of arrival. The data reflects a shift toward shorter booking windows and increasing demand for real-time pricing and automation.

Yale will showcase the Linus® Smart Lock L2 Lite, its latest smart access solution designed for simplified, keyless property entry. The device introduces KeySense™ technology and integrates with major smart home ecosystems for secure and flexible access management.

PriceAdvize will mark its UK market entry, introducing its hands-on revenue management service for Guesty users with growing portfolios.

RentalReady will introduce Maia Insights, a new AI assistant embedded within its property management platform that enables operators to interact with their data using natural language.

LiBi will introduce the LiBi Collection, a dedicated B2B marketplace enabling short-term rental operators to access premium hospitality brands at trade pricing.
