Bijal Shah named Chief Product Officer; Stephen Hambleton promoted to Associate Vice President – Product Management, reinforcing IDeaS’ commitment to pioneering solutions for the hospitality industry.

MINNEAPOLIS — Dec. 16 2025 — IDeaS, a SAS company and the world’s leading provider of AI-powered hospitality revenue management software, today announced two strategic leadership promotions designed to further accelerate product innovation. As the hospitality industry undergoes rapid digital transformation and a renewed push toward profitability, IDeaS is strengthening its product leadership to accelerate innovation at scale.

IDeaS has promoted Bijal Shah to the role of Chief Product Officer and Stephen Hambleton to Associate Vice President – Product Management, reinforcing the company’s long-term commitment to building the most advanced revenue management solutions in hospitality.

Shah will oversee continued system integration and product expansion during a period of significant operational consolidation within the hospitality industry. Shah, a 26-year veteran of IDeaS, has contributed to nearly every product developed by the organization since joining as a software developer in 1999, including the creation of IDeaS’ flagship revenue management solution, G3 RMS, which now delivers more than 250 million pricing and inventory decision recommendations each day.
