LONDON, 20 May, 2026 – eviivo, the all-in-one property management system (PMS) for independent hotels and vacation rentals, has added a channel integration with Mr & Mrs Smith, enabling properties in the curated travel club’s collection to manage availability, rates and reservations directly through eviivo.
The integration allows eligible Mr & Mrs Smith properties using eviivo’s Channel Manager and property management platform to synchronise rates and availability in real time, with bookings automatically imported into eviivo. With eviivo, hotels can manage Mr & Mrs Smith alongside other channels from a single system, reducing manual updates and administrative workload, while maintaining their direct commercial relationship with the travel club and accessing its community of more than one million members
Unlike large-scale online travel agencies, Mr & Mrs Smith is limited to properties accepted into its curated portfolio of boutique, design-led and experience-driven hotels. For eviivo, the partnership reflects a broader shift among independent luxury properties toward more selective distribution strategies.
Gwenael Merlin, Executive Vice President of Strategic Solutions at eviivo, said: “For boutique and luxury properties, success is not about being everywhere. It is about being in the right places and in front of the right guests, without the extra work for already stretched teams. Mr & Mrs Smith is a natural partner for us, as many of our independent customers prioritise fit and brand alignment over broad exposure. This integration offers boutique and luxury access to a highly curated audience, while eviivo keeps the operational side simple.”
Aimee Hodgkin, Hotel Curation & Partnerships Director at Mr & Mrs Smith, said: “Mr & Mrs Smith was founded to champion exceptional boutique and luxury hotels with a strong point of view and a deep sense of place. Many of the properties in our collection are proudly independent — businesses that care deeply about protecting what makes them distinctive, while running seamlessly behind the scenes. Our integration with eviivo is designed to support exactly that balance: giving hotels a simpler way to connect with Smith’s highly engaged, like minded audience, while keeping operations efficient and brand integrity firmly intact.”
Early adopters say the integration helped them address a longstanding operational challenge common among smaller independent hotels.
Patrick Armbruster, Co-Owner at KA BRU BRAZIL Boutique Hotels, part of the Mr & Mrs Smith collection, said: “Before the direct integration via eviivo, we were updating Mr & Mrs Smith reservations manually every day. Now bookings sync automatically, saving time and reducing errors. For an independent property, the operational improvement is significant.”
The addition of Mr & Mrs Smith expands eviivo’s distribution network for independent hospitality operators, combining mainstream booking channels with specialist platforms aimed at luxury and lifestyle travel. As curated hotel platforms continue to gain traction among experience-driven travellers, integrations such as this help boutique properties increase visibility while keeping operations simple.
