Industry leader brings deep expertise in product innovation, AI, and digital transformation to help Aven shape the future of connected, intelligent hotel commerce

Texas, United States – August 12, 2026 – Aven Hospitality, an independent global technology and SaaS leader in the hospitality industry that powers how hotels sell, distribute, and deliver guest experiences, today announced the appointment of Heather Lisagor as Vice President, Innovation and Product Excellence. Reporting to Mark Hollyhead, Chief Transformation Officer, she will help drive Aven’s next phase of product innovation and AI-powered solutions, expanding the technology foundation hotels rely on to compete across emerging discovery, research and booking channels.

Lisagor joins Aven with more than 20 years of experience leading product and innovation at companies including American Express Global Business Travel, Egencia and Expedia. Together with the company’s leadership team, she will help accelerate Aven’s vision of empowering modern hoteliers to harness AI and deliver more personalized guest experiences that drive conversion and increase revenue.

In her role, Lisagor will oversee Aven’s product innovation roadmap, guiding the continued evolution of the SynXis Platform and strengthening Aven’s leadership in connectivity as AI-powered tools, social platforms, and emerging digital channels reshape how travelers discover, research, and plan their stays. Her focus will be on accelerating delivery of products that drive value for Aven’s customers, enabling hotels to embed intelligence across guest touchpoints and unlock new retailing opportunities.
