☀️ AEI and Wewise, in November 2025, collaborated with Adare Manor in Co. Limerick, installing a 60 kWp solar PV system. This initiative aims to save 15 tonnes of CO₂e annually, featuring a six-year payback and EV chargers for staff and guests. Spanning an 840-acre estate, Adare Manor emphasizes sustainability, reducing its carbon footprint, and enhancing CSR commitments. This project exemplifies renewable energy's transformative impact on the hospitality sector, offering faster ROI and competitive advantages.

His efforts maintained a 94% staff retention rate. Down Hall also boasts awards like AA Hotel of the Year 2024/25 and four AA Red Stars.

🎁 The InnSeason Toy Drive, organized by the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce and Mews, runs from November 15 to December 15, 2025, in Cape Cod. The event launches during the InnSanity event at the Cape Cod Maritime Museum on November 19, at 5 p.m. Participants can donate toys or gift cards, host a toy box, or join the Stay & Play It Forward promotion. Available across booking flows and reports, this helps travel agencies and corporates manage environmental impacts. Greenview ensures standardized data for credible estimates. CO₂ estimates appear on hotel detail pages, booking screens, confirmations, and systems. Accuracy hinges on hotel data, urging hotels to update details. This integration supports corporate reporting and sustainability goals.

🌏 Luxury in hospitality is evolving. Regenerative luxury emphasizes revitalization, not just sustainability, aiming to actively restore ecosystems and cultures. It integrates biomimicry and frameworks like the UN SDGs. Key pillars include nature as co-designer, community partnership, and cultural heritage. Impact is measured through living metrics, focusing on natural, social, human, and cultural capitals. By 2024, the impact investment market topped USD 1.5 trillion, with regenerative tourism growing rapidly. This approach redefines luxury through inclusive impact.

🍴 Chestnut will participate in the StreetSmart campaign across its 25 pubs and Big House Hotels in East England during November and December. £1 will be added to each restaurant bill, benefiting vulnerable regional residents. StreetSmart, since 1998, has raised over £13 million for UK homelessness. Chestnut's historic pubs, founded by Philip Turner, are revitalized community hubs. Key locations include North Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire.

🌱 Six Senses Ibiza collected 48 vegetable and 10 flower/herb seeds in 2023. By 2024, 70% of their farm products originated from their seed bank, achieving an 80% sprouting success rate. The pilot program, involving Six Senses hotels worldwide, runs until early 2026. It aims to engage guests in seed-related activities while preventing invasive species spread by restricting seed takeaways. Activities include organic gardening workshops and seed swaps, promoting biodiversity and climate action.
