The grand reopening at 10 Plaza Way featured local dignitaries and Plymouth Chamber of Commerce members. Updates include a new exterior, lobby, front desk, and guest rooms. Managed by Lafrance Hospitality, the hotel offers free breakfast, Wi-Fi, an indoor pool, a fitness center, and 1,200 sq. ft. of meeting space. Each room has a Smart TV, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Sonesta Adds Laxmi to Its Franchise Portfolio

Lodging Econometrics: U.S. Hotel Construction Pipeline Remains Steady in Q3 2025

🏨 In Q3 2025, the U.S. hotel construction pipeline reached 6,205 projects/728,416 rooms, with a 1% increase in rooms year-over-year. The under-construction projects numbered 1,118 with 137,620 rooms. Upper-midscale and upscale chain scales represented 59% of all projects. Extended-stay hotels accounted for 40% of projects. Brand conversions hit a record with 1,477 projects/148,035 rooms, up 18% by projects YOY. By year-end 2025, 692 new hotels/79,847 rooms are expected, with growth rates of 1.4% for 2025.
