Radisson opens luxury hotel in historic Como palazzo

More than 1,500 hotels in development across Europe

Notably, 700 hotels are undergoing renovations, affecting 90,066 rooms. The UK leads with 274 projects, and London tops cities with 76 developments. Upscale and upper midscale projects dominate, with openings expected to rise from 255 in 2025 to 320 by 2027.
