🏖 Outbound Hotels to open Outbound Park City in early 2027 in Park City, Utah. This will be the fourth collaboration between Waterton and Barings, with a design inspired by the Wasatch Mountains. The 4.5-acre site will feature 182 guestrooms, over 11,000 sq ft of meeting areas, and two courtyards. Part of an expansion including Outbound Sedona (opening Q2 2026) and Outbound Yosemite, welcoming guests from May and June 2026, respectively.

🏨 Espire Hospitality Limited opens "Country Inn, Varanasi," in one of the world's oldest cities. Located near Varanasi's ghats and temples, it features modern accommodations and amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi. Guests enjoy dining at SUTRA By Banaras, offering Indian and international cuisine. Espire plans 30 operational hotels by FY26, with recent signings in Rishikesh, Udaipur, and more, highlighting its rapid expansion in India.

🏨 Hilton opened the Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Golf Resort & Spa, its fourth property in Bangkok, Thailand. Located 15 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport, the 223-key hotel offers 1,200 square meters of event space, including two ballrooms, and includes amenities like a spa, fitness center, and Kids' Club. The hotel will undergo minor refurbishments until late 2026 but will remain operational. Dining options include Tetto and Kitchen Craft, focusing on Italian and interactive dining experiences.

🏨 In 2025, Dusit International achieved a record 24 hotel signings, expanding in Asia, the Middle East, and beyond. New projects include Dusit Hotel AG Park in Chengdu, dusitD2 Feydhoo in the Maldives, and Tantawan Tented Camp in Chiang Rai. Dusit also signed its first properties in Indonesia and Japan. With over 50 properties in development, Dusit plans to open 1,400 new rooms in 2026, spanning several countries, including Thailand, India, and Saudi Arabia. The portfolio consists of 296 properties across 18 countries.
