Managed by Bentley Legacy Group, it's located at 221 O'Keefe Avenue, near Canal Street, the Caesars Superdome, and the French Quarter.

🌳 Tumbling River Ranch in Grant, Colorado, reopens after an $8M renovation for its 80th anniversary. Located an hour from Denver, it features 21 redesigned guestrooms and cabins, accommodating up to 60 guests. The 5,500 sq. ft. Lodge, with a live-fire grill kitchen, offers expansive views. Room rates start at $840 (winter) and $1,180 (summer). Guests enjoy all-inclusive experiences, including meals and activities like hiking and rafting, nestled in the Pike National Forest.

🏨 PM Hotel Group will open the Hilton Garden Inn Merced in January 2026 in Merced, California. This full-service hotel, near UC Merced and downtown, will cater to business and leisure travelers. It will feature modern guest rooms, flexible meeting spaces, and on-site dining. 🏨 Suited Interior Design will transform the historic PKO bank building in Kraków, Poland, into JW Marriott Kraków, a luxury hotel. The original architecture, including a four-story dome inspired by the Pantheon, is preserved. Scheduled to open in 2027, it will feature 120 rooms, including two-story suites and Mindfulness Suites. A unique spa will be housed in the former bank vault. The project honors Adolf Szyszko-Bohusz's architectural vision while embracing modern luxury.

🏨 Choice Hotels International, based in North Bethesda, Maryland, unveiled a redesigned prototype for Everhome Suites. The updated design, developed in collaboration with industry stakeholders, cuts development costs per room by 13%. It accommodates approximately 120 suites, enhancing operational efficiency and guest experiences with apartment-style suites and full kitchens. 🏨 Fairmont Hotels & Resorts opened its first Vietnamese property, Fairmont Hanoi, in the Old Quarter near Hoàn Kiếm Lake, New York, February 2026. Designed by Perkins Eastman and Aston Design, the hotel offers 241 rooms, including 38 Fairmont Gold rooms and 12 suites, eight dining venues, and Hanoi’s largest pillarless ballroom. The 38,000 sq ft wellness club features a bathhouse, plunge pools, and ten treatment rooms. The MICE center spans over 4,000 square meters for various events.

🏠 Uga Resorts, a boutique Sri Lankan hotel group, revealed the first phase of Uga Jungle Beach's renovation, including 49 refurbished rooms and a restaurant. 📍 Marriott International and Masterise Group, 2025, Vietnam: Marriott plans to open four hotels and one branded residence with nearly 1,900 keys across Vietnam, focusing on luxury and eco-friendly tourism. Key locations include Ho Chi Minh City, Can Gio, and Hanoi. The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, and Four Points by Sheraton brands will be introduced. 🏨 Minor Hotels will open its first Avani new-build in New South Wales, Australia, in Wollongong by 2027. The hotel, located at 22 Kenny Street, received development approval in July 2024. Initially planned with 107 rooms, a proposal is underway to expand to 140. This project, led by Blaq Property Group, aligns with the city's growth strategy and tourism goals. The hotel will feature a restaurant, bar, and flexible event space.
