🏨 Dreamscape Hospitality now manages the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Market Center, a 240-room hotel located near key Dallas attractions, including the Dallas Market Center and American Airlines Center. The hotel features over 5,400 sq. ft. of meeting space, an outdoor pool, and The Garden Grille & Bar. Extensive renovations are underway in public areas. Dreamscape aims to enhance guest experience and drive growth while adhering to Hilton standards.

📈 Guido Fredrich rejoins Hyatt as Vice President of Development for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, focusing on expanding luxury and lifestyle brands like Park Hyatt and Alila Hotels. During his two years at Corinthia, he signed six major projects globally. Previously, he grew Hyatt's Western Europe portfolio from 19 to 40 hotels between 2015 and 2020. Hyatt aims for a 30% luxury portfolio growth in EMEA by 2026, restructuring for regional and brand-specific expansion.

🏨 Regis Maybourne (UK) Ltd has become the sole owner of Maybourne hotel group after an agreement with Constellation Hotels Holding Limited. Regis Maybourne will continue to own Claridge's in London, Maybourne Riviera in France, and Maybourne Beverly Hills in California. Constellation retains ownership of The Connaught, The Emory, The Berkeley in London, and new developments in Paris and Marrakech. Marc Socker remains Maybourne's CEO, while Gianluca Muzzi leads Constellation Hotels. Existing management arrangements will stay unchanged.

💸 Eliza Maćkiewicz has been appointed head of commercial at Safestay, operating from Warsaw, overseeing 20 European properties. Her role follows Davide Caschili's COO appointment in June. Previously at Travelist for 9 years, Maćkiewicz brings commercial expertise to enhance Safestay's revenue, pricing, and distribution strategies. In 2025, Safestay’s overseas revenues fell by 13.5%, with total bed nights decreasing 6% to 877,674. The Warsaw hub, vital for commercial operations, aims to optimize performance through strategic channel management.

🏠 Luigi Villani has been appointed as director of spa at Sopwell House in Hertfordshire to manage Cottonmill Spa and The Club at Cottonmill. Villani brings over 20 years of international luxury spa experience, including roles at Kempinski Hotels and Ocean View Monaco. His focus will be on operations, member strategy, and service delivery. Previously, the spa management structure was integrated with hotel operations, but now it operates under a two-tier management system with dedicated leadership.

🏨 Travelodge CEO Jo Boydell resigned after 13 years. As of 30 June 2026, interim CEO Ray Reidy oversees a 4.2% revenue rise to £491.3m. EBITDA reached £47.9m, up from £47.3m in 2025, driven by hotel growth and a 22% revenue increase in Spain. Travelodge opened three hotels, with 75% of rooms refurbished. Costs rose due to wage and insurance hikes. Cash reserves stood at £84.3m, and third-quarter revenue increased by 3%.
