Castlebridge Hospitality takes over management of Keele Marriott hotel

🏨 On January 1, Castlebridge Hospitality took over management of Courtyard by Marriott Keele, located at Keele University campus in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire. The hotel, built in 2020 and opened in February 2021, features 150 bedrooms, two meeting rooms for up to 20 people, a fitness center, Scholars Bar and Restaurant, and a Starbucks. This marks Castlebridge's first Marriott-branded and third-party management contract, signaling significant growth for the company.

Olivia Immesi to step down as chief executive of Native Places

She led the company’s expansion into a major UK aparthotel brand and oversaw its acquisition by Numa, resulting in the Native by Numa brand. Dan Briks joins Hilton New York Times Square as GM
