Daly Seven Inks Enterprise Deal with EVPassport to Provide EV Charging for Hotel Guests Across their Assets
🍳 Wonder, aiming to revolutionize food convenience with a super app, announced the acquisition of Grubhub, which operates with over 375,000 merchants and 200,000 delivery partners in the U.S. The deal, valued at $650 million, involves $500 million in senior notes and $150 million cash, with a Q1 2025 expected closure, pending regulatory approvals. Additionally, Wonder raised $250 million from new investors for growth. Wonder was founded by Marc Lore, ex-President and CEO of Walmart U.S. eCommerce. The company offers Multi-Restaurant Ordering from 30 restaurants, delivering in under 30 minutes, and currently has 28 Northeastern U.S. locations, with seven more opening by year-end. Grubhub connects customers with local eateries and has a loyalty program, Grubhub+, alongside its Campus Dining services at over 360 universities and Corporate Accounts business catering to over 10,000 companies.
