Launched by Apaleo, Cocoon Hotels, and Eckelmann Hotels, the AI system processes guest preferences and operational priorities. Previously, manual room assignments were complex, especially with OTA bookings. By end of May, the AI will cover 10 properties and 700+ rooms. This innovation enhances efficiency, benefiting both guests and staff.
