Field & Stream opens first lodge in Bozeman

🏖 Field & Stream Lodge Co. opened its first property in Bozeman, Montana, with 179 rooms, located a mile from downtown. The hotel features a 1,300 sq ft indoor pool with snowshoe chandeliers, a 29,000 sq ft courtyard, and a 3,600 sq ft event space. Dining options include Dry Fly Saloon and The Honey Hole. Designed by AJ Capital Partners, rooms have unique amenities like wool camp blankets. Starwood Capital and AJ Capital launched the hospitality platform in 2023.

JLL secures construction debt for Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin

🏨 JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group secured financing for Phase 1A of the 208-key Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells, set to open in Q2 2026. The resort features a luxury hotel, 350-seat restaurants, multiple bars, six pools, and a 9,000-sq-ft family entertainment center. Located in the "Waterpark Capital of the World," it expects to draw from 5.5 million annual visitors. Pyramid Global Hospitality will manage the resort, and Kraemer Brothers will handle construction.

Kimpton to open Fredericksburg hotel in 2027

🏨 Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, in partnership with DC Partners, will open a 210-room hotel in Fredericksburg, Texas, expected by 2027. It's part of a 22-acre development, The Meuse, featuring over 18,500 square feet of event space and 70,000 square feet of retail and dining areas. The hotel will include amenities like a restaurant, bar, poolside lounge, and fitness center. Merriman Anderson Architects and Curioso will lead the design, marking Kimpton's fourth Texas property.

Amano Group expands in Germany with the Hotel AMANO Düsseldorf

[Update] citizenM continues its UK expansion with two new openings

🏨 citizenM is set to expand its hotel portfolio to 38 properties by 2025. The first new location, citizenM Dublin St. Patrick's, will be Ireland's inaugural hotel, featuring 245 rooms opposite St. Patrick's Cathedral. In late summer 2025, citizenM London Olympia will open its fifth London hotel with 146 rooms. Both hotels will offer modern amenities, art collaborations, and "affordable luxury" in key locations, aligning with citizenM's continued growth strategy.
