🏨 Travelodge opens a new 111-room hotel in Aston, Birmingham, targeting both leisure and business travelers. Located near cultural sites, the hotel is 10 minutes from Birmingham Football Club and closer to Villa Park. Business travelers benefit from nearby M6 and M42 junctions, and Birmingham Airport, 20 minutes away by car. The brand's UK expansion includes 20 hotels in Birmingham, with recent openings in London Chiswick and nationwide acquisitions.

🏖️ Starhotels acquires Hermitage Hotel & Resort in Forte dei Marmi, Italy, marking its first resort in the luxury Starhotels Collezione. Founded in the 1970s, renovation by architect Vittorio Maschietto, the resort will join the portfolio by summer 2025. It features 59 rooms, suites, a restaurant, a pool, and a dedicated vegetable garden. Upcoming enhancements include a new spa and extended seasonal openings. This strategic addition bolsters Starhotels' presence in Italy's high-end hospitality sector. Further expansion includes reopening Hotel d’Inghilterra in Rome and launching Hotel Gabrielli Venezia and Teatro Luxury Apartments in Florence by 2025.

🏠 One&Only's Private Homes Rental Programme unveiled in April at the iconic One&Only Le Saint Géran in Mauritius. Program features include access to resort amenities, personal host services, and daily housekeeping. The program extends to One&Only locations in Mexico, Greece, Montenegro, and soon in Montana, USA. 🏠 Castle Peak Holdings acquires Snow King Resort in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, marking the firm's eighth property and largest purchase. The 203-room resort features a restaurant, spa facilities, ski access, and is set for renovations to upgrade amenities including the lobby, meeting spaces, and dining. Castle Peak's Trailborn brand expands with recent openings of Trailborn Grand Canyon, Surf & Sound, and Highlands. The renovated resort aims to offer an elevated experience for both travelers and locals.

🏨 Cobblestone Hotels inaugurated a new hotel in Boise City, Oklahoma, attended by the Cobblestone Hotels LLC team, Cimarron County Chamber of Commerce, City officials, BCOK Lodging LLC, and First Farm Bank. Amy Crawford, representing the Chamber, emphasized the hotel's role in city development and opportunities for travelers. The hotel features high-speed internet, complimentary breakfast, 24-hour coffee, a fitness center, guest laundry, business center, meeting room, and a marketplace. Guestrooms include flat-screen TVs, microwaves, mini-refrigerators, coffee brewers, luxury linens, and bathroom essentials.

📰 Crescent Hotels & Resorts expanded its portfolio with two DoubleTree by Hilton properties in Tulsa, Oklahoma. DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tulsa – Warren Place, after a $15 million renovation completed in April 2023, now features updated rooms and amenities near attractions like the Tulsa Expo Center and Tulsa International Airport. DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tulsa Downtown completed a $7 million renovation in April 2024, boasting enhanced spaces and a new gift shop with a barista bar. Both offer benefits to Hilton Honors members.
