Nearly 40% of Americans are dining out less frequently

The menu and grocery price gap shrunk in September

Hilton Q3 RevPAR falls 1.1%

🏨 Hilton's RevPAR fell 1.1% for the 13 weeks ending 30 September 2025 compared to last year. However, 2025 system-wide RevPAR is anticipated to range from flat to a 1% increase over 2024. In Q3 2025, net income was $421m (£316.4m) and adjusted EBITDA was $976m (£733.4m). Hilton approved 33,000 new rooms, setting a record 515,400-room pipeline, with a 6.5% net unit growth from 2024. A new brand, Outset Collection by Hilton, launched in October 2025.

Whitbread profits fall to £316m amid flat UK sales

U.S. hotel performance weakened notably in late September

However, Long Island (+76.4%) and Georgia North (+40.8%) gained due to events. September RevPAR is expected to drop over 2%.
