Global hospitality leaders to gather in Paris to accelerate practical action on resilience, regulation and net-positive growth
London, UK: The World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance (WSHA) has unveiled the agenda for its Global Summit in Paris (8-9 Dec 2026), bringing together senior leaders from hospitality, finance, technology and sustainability at a critical moment for the sector to tackle the industry’s most pressing challenges.
As hospitality faces rising climate risk, shifting regulation, cost pressure and rapid technological change, the Global Summit will focus on the partnerships, insights and practical solutions leaders need now to build a resilient, net-positive future.
With a network spanning more than 66,000 hotels, 8 million rooms and over 300 brands, the Alliance is uniquely positioned to convene the industry around collective action and accelerate progress at scale.
Glenn Mandziuk, WSHA President & CEO said: “Hospitality is at a real turning point. The decisions leaders make now will shape how resilient, competitive and trusted our industry remains for decades to come. That’s why we’re bringing the sector together in Paris – not simply to talk about ambition, but to share practical solutions, forge partnerships and help turn strategy into action.
This is a moment for hospitality to lead with confidence, collaborate at scale, and build an industry that delivers value for business, people and the planet.”

High-Impact Plenary Sessions
Designed to translate ambition into a scalable strategy, the Global Summit will feature plenary sessions focused on the big decisions facing hospitality leaders today – and the business strategies needed to respond.
Sessions will explore how to remain profitable amid economic, geopolitical, and climate turbulence. Discussions will examine how hospitality can harness AI without losing its human touch, grow within planetary boundaries, and respond to emerging regulations including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
The programme will also make the investment case for net-positive operations, showing how sustainable practices can reduce risk, strengthen resilience, attract investment, and deliver measurable business value. Delegates will hear how proven solutions are already being scaled across food waste, energy, water, and biodiversity.
Interactive Action Labs: Co-Creating the Future
Alongside the main stage, delegates will work with peers, investors and experts to shape practical approaches they can take back into their organisations immediately. These interactive ‘Action Labs’ are designed to move beyond discussion and support real-world action across key areas.
Resilient Destinations & Workforce:
Exploring how hospitality can support stronger destinations, deliver positive impact for communities and nature, and drive workforce transformation focused on human rights, inclusion and attracting next-generation talent.
Food Systems & Resource Acceleration:
Exploring how to strengthen supply chains, support healthier communities, and deploy circular solutions that accelerate progress on water and energy efficiency.
Celebrating Industry Leadership
The summit will culminate in a night of celebration at the prestigious Gala Dinner and the 3rd Annual World Sustainable Travel and Hospitality Awards, honouring the trailblazers defining the next era of travel and Hospitality.
Further speakers from across hospitality, finance, and climate leadership will be announced in the coming weeks.
At a time when hospitality leaders are being asked to respond to growing complexity with greater speed, clarity and ambition, the Global Summit is a timely opportunity to connect with peers, identify practical solutions and help shape the sector’s next chapter.
Registration is now open, with exclusive discounted hotel rates available to delegates.
Hospitality leaders, partners and stakeholders who want to help shape a more resilient and net-positive future for the sector are encouraged to secure their place now at summit-paris.org/register. For partnership opportunities and delegate registration, visit wsha-summit.org
